Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Boris Gregorovitsj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Halfdan Lodbrok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gregorovitsj kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pink Panther Theme. Lodbrok is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Killing in the name of.... I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Halfdan Lodbrok was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gregorovitsj goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gregorovitsj uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lodbrok.
Gregorovitsj misses with a straight left.
Lodbrok catches Gregorovitsj with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Lodbrok lands with a nice body punch.
Lodbrok lands a glancing blow to the side of Gregorovitsj's head.
Lodbrok tests Gregorovitsj's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lodbrok scores with a jab.
Gregorovitsj moves out of range as Lodbrok strikes.

Gregorovitsj moves forwards but Lodbrok connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Gregorovitsj tries a head kick but it misses.

and Lodbrok counters with a straight right hand.
Gregorovitsj fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lodbrok manages to avoid it.
Lodbrok slips a straight right by Gregorovitsj.
Lodbrok scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gregorovitsj misses with a right hand
and Lodbrok counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lodbrok keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gregorovitsj.
Lodbrok throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Gregorovitsj has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lodbrok finds it's way round the side to connect with Gregorovitsj's head.
Gregorovitsj misses with a lunging right hand
and Lodbrok counters with a stiff right hand.
Gregorovitsj throws the left hand but Lodbrok avoids the punch easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Lodbrok! But no joy.
Gregorovitsj scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Lodbrok tries to clinch but Gregorovitsj moves away
and Gregorovitsj counters with a good low kick that Lodbrok was not able to check.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nice jab there from Lodbrok.
Halfdan Lodbrok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gregorovitsj tried to score with a low kick but Lodbrok checks it.
Lodbrok let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Lodbrok just misses with a punch to the body.
Lodbrok moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Lodbrok slips a straight right by Gregorovitsj.
Lodbrok is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gregorovitsj had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Lodbrok tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling Gregorovitsj to counter with a crisp jab.
A slow jab from Gregorovitsj misses its intended target.
Gregorovitsj backing away here, and Lodbrok unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Gregorovitsj connects with a single shot there.

Lodbrok cracks Gregorovitsj with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Gregorovitsj looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lodbrok finish him?

Gregorovitsj is rocked!

Lodbrok ducks straight into an uppercut from Gregorovitsj and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Lodbrok manages to regain guard straight away.
Oh Gregorovitsj is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gregorovitsj stands up and waves to Lodbrok to follow him.
Lodbrok is still on wobbly legs! Can Gregorovitsj finish him?
Gregorovitsj goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Gregorovitsj wants to stay close but Lodbrok steps back to make room for something. Gregorovitsj seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Lodbrok and Gregorovitsj drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
