Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Emmett Mcfadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Javi Javier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Javier circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mcfadden tries to clinch but Javier is having none of it.
Mcfadden changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Javier tries to avoid it but Mcfadden manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Javier to the ground. Javier escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Javier has Mcfadden up against the cage in a clinch.

Javier has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mcfadden uses from the top position.
Javier seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Javier escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mcfadden gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Javier is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mcfadden defends well.

Javier closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mcfadden did well to prevent Javier getting side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Javier keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mcfadden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
