Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Konrad Husky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Lennox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Konrad Husky had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 11 - 3, fighting out of New York, Ray Lennox!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lennox closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Lennox misses the shot to the body.
Husky takes one on the button.
Husky misses with a low kick.
Husky bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Husky throws a right and a left that Lennox avoids nicely.
Lennox is looking for the big counter here.
Husky misses with a double jab
and Lennox counters with a low kick, right behind Husky 's knee.
Konrad Husky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Husky throws a lazy right hand but Lennox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lennox lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Husky on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Lennox - that will leave a mark!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Husky throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lennox.

Lennox looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lennox tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Husky swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Husky ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lennox moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch lands to the side of Husky 's head but he takes it in his stride.
An inside leg kick lands from Lennox.
Husky misses with a looping right.
Lennox throws a head kick but Husky moves out of range.
Lennox just misses with a punch to the body.
Lennox takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Lennox misses with a looping right.
Husky throws a leg kick which misses Lennox's front leg but catches the back leg as Lennox tries to avoid it.
Husky looks to land a body kick but Lennox moved away.
Lennox is trying to counter with his kicks.
Nice body punch from Lennox.
Husky with a poor takedown
and Lennox counters with a head kick that drops Husky to the mat! Husky scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Husky is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lennox finds Husky's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Husky flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Lennox lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Husky will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ray Lennox!
After winning the bout, Ray Lennox thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
