The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sushimawa closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sushimawa pushes Sisu back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Nice body punch from Sushimawa - that landed with a thud.

Sisu has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Huima Sisu's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sushimawa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sisu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Horrible takedown by Sisu or perhaps it was just good defense by Sushimawa which made him look bad.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sushimawa lands with an uppercut that bounces Sisu off the cage and back into rage.

Sushimawa throws a left that rocks Sisu and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Sushimawa dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Sisu regain composure!

Jeez, Huima Sisu's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Sushimawa decides to stand up, so the ref orders Sisu to his feet.
Oh Sisu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sisu wants to land a leg kick but Sushimawa is out of range.
