Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Ellis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Ellis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brooks, pushing him back against the cage.

Ellis lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Ellis stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Brooks bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Brooks doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brooks takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.


Brooks is rocked!
Ellis walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Brooks drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ellis swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Brooks's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Timmy Ellis!
After winning the bout, Timmy Ellis thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
