The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

White gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Kampamba doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Kampamba is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and White defends well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kampamba scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Kampamba cracks White with a big right hand but White just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
White is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Kampamba really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kampamba is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because White is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Kampamba postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have White in real trouble here! The ref calls for White to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
