The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott throws a series of punches but Smoking moves out of range.
Scott just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromSmoking.
Scott goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Smoking avoids a punch combination nicely.
A jab from Scott finds it's way through Smoking's defenses.

and Smoking counters with a good low kick that Scott was not able to check.

Scott shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Smoking drops down looking for a counter takedown but Scott sprawls and moves away.
Smoking stalks Scott and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Scott's face. Scott staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sloppy strikes from Smoking. Those never looked like landing.
Scott throws a hook to the side of Smoking's head but Smoking sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Smoking throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Smoking lands with a good body shot.

Smoking lands a big head kick that sends Scott tumbling to the mat! Smoking takes a step backwards and waves Scott back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Scott comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

That was a close round but I would say that Lord Smoking will probably get the nod.
