Rossi has chosen Andrea Bocelli - Time To Say Goodbye as his entrance music. Fausto Folgore could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Alberto Rossi's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Folgore checks a low kick from Rossi.

Rossi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rossi lands in his opponent's guard.
Folgore wants to stand up but Rossi is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rossi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Folgore bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rossi's guard.
Folgore controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Rossi isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Folgore stacks Rossi on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Folgore!

Folgore gets to mount! Rossi was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rossi is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Folgore locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Rossi is forced to tap!
