The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Izzy Beast is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Beast counters with a three punch combo that has Jones backing up. Jones nods at Beast to acknowledge the strikes.
Beast on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The crowd cheers as Jones lands an impressive looking overhand right. Beast doesn't seem phased though.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jones cracks Beast with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Beast has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jones.

That was a close round but I would say that Brian Jones will probably get the nod.

Beast takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Beast throws out a leg kick but Jones moves out of range and Beast only half commits.

Jones closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Beast! Jones dives in looking to finish! Beast is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
