The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butcher fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wilson avoids it really well and circles away.
Wilson lands with an uppercut that bounces Butcher off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Jack Butcher has been cut.
Butcher dives in for a single leg takedown but Wilson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Butcher moves into the clinch.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Butcher.
Wilson has had enough of the clinch but Butcher keeps him there for the moment.

Wilson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Butcher stands and throws Wilson's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Butcher has an Americana. Wilson didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Butcher is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Butcher hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
