The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Halfoat throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pop on the side of the head.
Halfoat rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pop moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pop has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Halfoat lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Pop backs up against the cage.

Halfoat lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Halfoat throws out a loose jab but Pop uses good head movement to avoid it.

White Halfoat showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Pop looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Pop takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

White Halfoat seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Pop thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Pop is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Halfoat is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Halfoat is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Pop goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Halfoat has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Pop but great work by Halfoat.
Pop pushes Halfoat away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Halfoat gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Halfoat stands up.
Pop closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

I would just about give that final round to White Halfoat.
