Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Doug Coltrane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chief Little Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Little Wolf has chosen Cherokee War Dance as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Doug Coltrane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Little Wolf!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coltrane clinches up with Little Wolf and pushes him back against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Little Wolf scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Little Wolf misses with some punches.
Coltrane tries to break the clinch but Little Wolf is controlling the position.
Little Wolf lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Coltrane tries to pull guard but Little Wolf won't allow it.
Little Wolf lands a body punch.

Coltrane manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Coltrane keeping full guard, as Little Wolf tries to pass.
Coltrane is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Little Wolf has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Coltrane is proving hard to escape from.
Coltrane on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Coltrane tries to get out of the position.

Coltrane striking off his back but it's not causing Little Wolf any problems.
Little Wolf trying to stand up but can't free himself from Coltrane's guard.
Little Wolf is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Coltrane tries to land a front kick but Little Wolf steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Little Wolf has Coltrane up against the cage in a clinch.
Little Wolf lands with a right to the head.
Little Wolf pushes Coltrane back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Coltrane drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Coltrane is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Little Wolf pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Doug Coltrane. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Coltrane is breathing heavily.

Little Wolf gets through Coltrane's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Little Wolf lands a nice shot to the body.
Little Wolf lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Coltrane takes a shot to the head.
Little Wolf digs a right hand underneath Coltrane's ribcage. Coltrane let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Little Wolf stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Little Wolf lands with a light punch inside.
Little Wolf lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Coltrane or not.
Little Wolf lands a body shot in the clinch.
Little Wolf lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Little Wolf working some nice short punches in the clinch.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Little Wolf.


Coltrane is rocked!
Little Wolf lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Coltrane backwards.
Oh Coltrane is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Little Wolf digs a right hand into Coltrane's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Coltrane's gas tank.
Little Wolf throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Coltranes head.
Little Wolf lands an uppercut.
Little Wolf scores with a hook to the body.
Little Wolf unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Coltrane! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Little Wolf is unloading with more strikes now! Coltrane drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chief Little Wolf!
