Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lazarus Slade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marty Block (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marty Block has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Lazarus Slade!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marty Block!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slade scores with a takedown into Block's guard.
Block doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Slade postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Block is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Slade, into his guard.

Block decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
