Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Whoopin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carter drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Carter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Whoopin is trying to get back to half guard.
Carter taking a breather here.
Whoopin gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Carter slows the pace down in half guard.
Carter prevents Whoopin from improving his position.

Whoopin wants to get back to full guard but Carter has mounted him!
Whoopin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Carter can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Whoopin is looking to escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Carter wants to control from the top but Whoopin keeps moving.

Whoopin isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Carter stacks Whoopin on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Carter!

Carter is breathing heavily.

Whoopin looking for a guillotine here but Carter defends easily.

Carter drops back looking for a leg! Whoopin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Whoopin manages to kick Carter off! Carter jumps back into Whoopin's guard.

Whoopin throws his legs up looking for a submission but Carter uses it to pass to side control.

Carter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Whoopin on the ground.
Whoopin manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Whoopin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Carter has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Whoopin to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Carter is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Whoopin pulls down on the head and he's put Carter to sleep! This one is all over!
