The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Good exchange - McNee coming out on top.
McNee fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
McNee throws a head kick that misses.
Gonzalez looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Gonzalez shoots in and gets a takedown into McNee's guard.
Gonzalez controlling from the top position.

Gonzalez stands up and waves to McNee to follow him.
No joy there for McNee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A jab from McNee finds it's way through Gonzalez's defenses.
Jacob Gonzalez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gonzalez gets off balance looking for a body kick
and McNee cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
McNee misses with a straight left.

McNee's corner calls for a 1-2. McNee obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Gonzalez is rocked!
Gonzalez walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Gonzalez limp body while McNee jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
