Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Morris Pittman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Trike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pittman tries to close the distance and clinch but Trike swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Trike closes the distance and clinches.

Trike is trying to trip Pittman. He has hold of a leg but Pittman is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Trike persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pittman is striking from the bottom but Trike uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Pittman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trike on the ground.
Trike wants to take a breather but Pittman is having none of it.
Pittman flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Pittman tries to get to full guard but Trike has control of the leg.
Pittman is trying to stand up here but Trike is controlling him well.
Trike seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Pittman slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pittman looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Trike lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Pittman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Trike trying to control but Pittman is working from the bottom.
Pittman throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Pittman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Trike is one step ahead there.

Pittman throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Trike escapes and throws Pittman's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Trike wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pittman keeps working.

Trike looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Pittman wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Trike has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Pittman's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Pittman is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Trike!
