The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buddington ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Weatherspoon looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Buddington misses with a body shot.
We've been told by Buddington's head coaches at Team Migraine that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Buddington misses with a head kick.
Weatherspoon with the counter takedown but Buddington avoids it easily.
Buddington stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Buddington wants it to stay on the feet.
Weatherspoon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Buddington slaps away a takedown attempt from Weatherspoon, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A decent looking cross lands there for Buddington.

Weatherspoon is rocked!
Buddington darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Weatherspoon's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Buddington before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

A less than humble Oliver Buddington misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
Marquan Weatherspoon was interviewed post fight and said 'A little setback is the setup for a major comeback!!'.
