And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hopper throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hopper throws a jab but it's blocked by Silva.
Hopper misses with a body shot.
Elliot Hopper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hopper looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
Hopper comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hopper throws out a leg kick but Silva moves out of range and Hopper only half commits.
Hopper looks to land a combination but Silva avoids it well.
No joy there for Hopper, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice straight punches there by Hopper. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hopper.
Hopper looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
Hopper fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Lyoto Silva has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hopper misses with a hook.
Hopper takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A swing and a miss from Hopper.
Silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Silva tries to clinch but Hopper is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hopper tries to land a front kick but Silva steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hopper feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Silva crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Elliot Hopper!
