Wyatt comes to the cage accompanied by Tones on Tail - Go!. Leopoldo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Carmina Burana - Carl Orff kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leopoldo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wyatt.
Wyatt lands a nice hook to Leopoldo's body. Leopoldo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

I was talking to Wyatt's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Leopoldo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Wyatt to keep the fight standing.

Wyatt lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Leopoldo backs up against the cage.
Wyatt throws a series of punches but Leopoldo avoids them all with ease.

Wyatt lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
A lazy left from Wyatt finds it's target.

Leopoldo misses with a straight left.
Wyatt ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Wyatt digs a good body shot into Leopoldo's ribs.
Leopoldo dives in and grabs Wyatt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wyatt pushes down on Leopoldo's head and hops out.
Derp Wyatt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pedro Aristides Leopoldo.
Wyatt displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Leopoldo throws out the jab.
Leopoldo dives in for a single leg takedown but Wyatt sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Derp Wyatt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wyatt moves out of range of the strikes.

Wyatt steps into range and cracks Leopoldo with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Leopoldo flops backwards and Wyatt dives into his guard looking to finish!

Leopoldo is rocked!

That has opened up Pedro Aristides Leopoldo's cut even more.
Leopoldo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Wyatt controls the pace.
Leopoldo is still in real trouble! Can Wyatt finish him?

Wyatt gets to his feet - Leopoldo follows without any prompting.
Leopoldo bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Wyatt comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Leopoldo falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Leopoldo was out before he hit the floor!

After winning the bout, Derp Wyatt thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
