The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albertini showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gominori.
Gominori lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Francesco Albertini has been cut.
Gominori gets caught flat footed, as Albertini shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Albertini wanted to stand there but Gominori had control of the position.
Gominori lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Albertini!

Gominori throwing strikes here but Albertini is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Albertini wants to hold on but Gominori pushes him away.
Gominori misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Gominori has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Albertini has left one of his arms exposed and Gominori doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Albertini screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
