Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Easter Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timothy Nilsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson tries to clinch up.

Nilsson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Johnson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Nilsson drops back looking for a leg! Johnson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Johnson manages to kick Nilsson off! Nilsson jumps back into Johnson's guard.

Johnson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
I looks like Nilsson might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Johnson looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Nilsson has picked Johnson up and slammed him! Johnson can't keep hold of the triangle and Nilsson manages to pass to side control!

Nilsson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Johnson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Nilsson is looking for a kimura but Johnson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Nilsson to get the leverage.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Nilsson in particular looking to stall.
Nilsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nilsson drops an elbow to the side of Johnson's head.
Well, if Nilsson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Johnson has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Nilsson. Oh but Johnson has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Nilsson goes limp - he's gone! Johnson jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
