Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Zeuos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simpson has chosen Burzum - Key To The Gate as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zeuos shoots in and gets a takedown into Simpson's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Simpson is trying to keep Zeuos in close.
Zeuos postures up and lands a big shot to Simpson's brow.
Zeuos has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Zeuos cracks Simpson with a solid left hand.
Zeuos controls from within his opponent's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zeuos controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Simpson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Zeuos's guard.

Zeuos wants to get back to his feet but Simpson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Zeuos has Simpson pulled in close to control his posture.
Simpson trying to control but Zeuos is working from the bottom.
Zeuos looking to hit a scissor sweep but Simpson is one step ahead there.
Zeuos manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Simpson manages to get himself to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Zeuos content to stall in guard here.

Zeuos stands up and waves to Simpson to follow him.
Simpson shoots for a takedown but Zeuos saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Zeuos looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Simpson is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Brian Zeuos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simpson pushes Zeuos away with a front kick.
Zeuos is breathing heavily.

Simpson throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Zeuos tumbling to the canvas!

Zeuos is rocked!

It looks like Brian Zeuos has been cut.
Simpson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Oh Zeuos is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Simpson loads up on a big left hand. Zeuos felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Simpson looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Zeuos can't hide his disappointment, as Simpson celebrates the victory.
