The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dijkstra misses with a straight left.
Bennet ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dijkstra moves away.
Bennet swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dijkstra half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Bennet throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A left lands for Bennet.
Bennet pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bennet throws a lazy right hand but Dijkstra sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bennet fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dijkstra manages to avoid it.
Bennet throws a jab when Dijkstra was well out of range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Dijkstra.
Dijkstra uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bennet.
Dijkstra ducks under a wild hook from Bennet.
Dijkstra connects with a leg kick. Bennet looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dijkstra walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like Omar Dijkstra has been cut.
Bennet drops Dijkstra with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dijkstra looks back up at him and smiles so Bennet waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dijkstra is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bennet loads up on a big right hand but Dijkstra slips the punch.
Oh Dijkstra is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A punch combination from Dijkstra misses.
Dijkstra feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bennet's calf.
Bennet misses with a looping left.
Dijkstra seems to have got his legs back now.
Dijkstra takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Bennet throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
