The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

It looks like Ron Quick has been cut.
Jones has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Quick finds it's way round the side to connect with Jones's head.
Quick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Jones misses with a straight left.

Jones moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Quick goes down! Can Jones finish him!?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jones stands up from Quick's guard - Jones perhaps looking for a knockout.
Jones has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Jones stuns Quick with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Quick is breathing heavily.
Quick avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Quick wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Jones throws a hook but Quick avoids it easily.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Jones and Quick goes tumbling to the canvas! Jones follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Quick is rocked!

Jones escapes and gets back to his feet.
Oh Quick is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Quick moves away from the strike by Jones.
Quick seems to have got his legs back now.
Jones throws an overhand right that drops Quick like a sack of potatoes! Jones dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
