Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sambo Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Socha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sambo Rambo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo throws a sloppy head kick and Socha moves out of range easily.
Socha throws out a counter right but Rambo avoids it with no problem.

Rambo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Socha looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Rambo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Socha knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ground and pound from Rambo seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Socha is pushing Rambo's head away, looking to escape. Rambo manages to hold on to the position though.
Rambo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Socha keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rambo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Socha.

I really don't envy Socha right now.
