Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cobra Commander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Commander comes to the cage accompanied by Cobra Theme. Justin Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Commander is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Commander is looking for a kimura but Jones is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Commander to get the leverage.
Commander wants to pass to mount but Jones is defending the position.
Commander seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jones does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jones tries to get to full guard but Commander has control of the leg.
Commander wants to take a breather but Jones is having none of it.
Jones looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Commander will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Commander has hold of Jones's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Jones tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Commander cranks the arm and Jones screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Jones, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
