The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Powers closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Powers lands a left hand.
Quincy blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Powers lands a right hand.

It looks like Marco Quincy has been cut.

Powers lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Powers throws a head punch that misses.
Quincy looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Quincy is trying to force a seperation but Powers has the dominant position.
A frustrated look appears on Quincy's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Powers lands a hook that snaps the head of Quincy backwards.

Powers misses with a short punch on the inside.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Powers.
Powers throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Quincys head.
Quincy wants to break the clinch but can't.
Quincy's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Powers lands a shoulder strike.

Quincy is rocked!
Powers has a couple of punches blocked by Quincy.
Oh Quincy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Quincy is trying to force a seperation but Powers has the dominant position.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Powers.
Quincy seems to have got his legs back now.
Powers gets through Quincy's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Powers creates a bit of distance and cracks Quincy with a big uppercut! Quincy goes down! The referee pushes Powers away into a neutral corner and starts the count. 4,5,6,7. Will Quincy make it up in time? He's still flopping around all over the place! The referee has called off the fight! Powers takes it!
