Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Giorgio Rossi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Marcus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcus takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Rossi thuds a left hand into Marcus's body.
Rossi fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

and Marcus connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Rossi's corner calls for a 1-2. Rossi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Rossi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Marcus was well out of range. Poor timing from Rossi.
A nice side step and Marcus releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Rossi throws a lazy right hand but Marcus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Marcus looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Rossi feints a jab promting Marcus to slip. Rossi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Marcus slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Marcus gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Marcus fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It seemed like Marcus was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Marcus wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Marcus looks to land a left hand but Rossi moved out of range nicely.
