Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Henry Steve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Massiwan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Vamps-Wake Up. Henry Steve had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Henry Steve!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chris Massiwan!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Massiwan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Steve tries to avoid it but Massiwan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Steve to the ground. Steve escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Massiwan looks for a takedown but Steve sprawls well.

Steve gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Massiwan to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Massiwan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Steve wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Steve knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Massiwan on the ground.

Massiwan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Steve with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Massiwan lands a nice short elbow.

and Steve cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Steve counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Massiwan falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
