The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Mason misses with a double jab.
Nice defenses there by Foolridge.
Foolridge walks into a jab.
Mason keeps the fight on the outside.
Foolridge shoots in for a double leg but Mason sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Foolridge fails with a takedown attempt.
Mason keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Frank Mason has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Foolridge.
Mason keeps the fight on the outside.

A lazy left from Mason finds it's target.
Foolridge shoots in looking for a takedown. Mason tries to sprawl out of it but Foolridge keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mason manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Foolridge tries for a takedown but Mason sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Foolridge moves in looking to clinch but Mason pushes him off.
Mason lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foolridge circles away quickly and effectively.
Mason throws a right and a left that both miss.
Foolridge tries to close the distance and clinch but Mason swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Mason drops Foolridge with a beautiful combination! Foolridge stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mason is looking for the KO!

Foolridge is rocked!

It looks like Gary Foolridge has been cut.

Mason connects with a stiff jab that staggers Foolridge - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
