Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Gall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wade Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wade Wallace will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Glen Gall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wade Wallace!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gall shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wallace pinned against the cage. Wallace gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wallace has a takedown stuffed.

Gall closes the distance and clinches.
Wallace misses with a punch to the body.
Gall is trying to pull guard but Wallace turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Wallace ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Wallace no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gall postures up.
Gall missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Gall decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Wallace shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gall as he jumps to the side.

Wallace will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gall misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gall tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wallace manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Despite the aggression on Wallace's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wallace.

Gall changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wallace tries to avoid it but Gall manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wallace to the ground. Wallace escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wallace is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Gall throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wallace drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Gall defends it well.
Wallace throws a head kick that misses.
Wallace darts in looking for a takedown but Gall gets double underhooks and turns Wallace into the cage.
Gall throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wallace's waist but Wallace gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gall off to one side.

Wallace tries to clinch but Gall is having none of it.
Gall slaps away a takedown attempt from Wallace, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Wallace shoots for a double leg takedown but Gall sprawls well. He's pushed Wallace's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Gall counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Gall has Wallace up against the cage in a clinch.

Wallace pulls Gall into guard.
Gall stopping the sweep attempt from Wallace.

Gall is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wallace can do anything to dispel that myth.

Wallace fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gall avoids it really well and circles away.
Gall dives in for a single leg takedown but Wallace sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Wallace drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Gall defends it well.

Gall shoots in and gets a takedown into Wallace's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gall won't allow Wallace to get back to his feet.
Gall throwing strikes but missing.
Gall seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Glen Gall overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Wallace utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Gall postures up.
Wallace bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gall's guard.

Wallace looking to sit in guard and control but Gall gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Gall trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Wallace manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Gall can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Wallace controls the pace.

That was a close second round but I would say that Glen Gall will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Wallace uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gall.

Gall has had enough of the clinch but Wallace keeps him there for the moment.
