Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fast Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and R Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob comes to the cage accompanied by Sleepy. R Couture has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fast Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, R Couture!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bob keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Couture feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bob's calf.
Bob lands a nice shot that snaps Couture's head back.
Bob takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Bob is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A head kick misses from Couture.
Couture changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Couture connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Bob to the floor! Couture dives in looking for the finish!

It looks like Fast Bob has been cut.
Bob on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bob tries to get out of the position.
Couture is trying to control the action in half guard but Bob is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Couture content to control rather than advance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bob is not content to let Couture control the position.

Bob tries to get to full guard but Couture has control of the leg.
Couture with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Couture is keen to just control but Bob is a slippery customer.

Despite being in the dominant position, R Couture just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Couture looks to land a combination but Bob avoids it well.
Couture swinging wilding here.
R Couture is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Couture blocks a head kick by Bob.
Couture throws a head kick that half lands.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Couture. Bob shrugs it off though.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bob takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Couture throws a nice outside leg kick.

Couture moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Couture lands a high kick to the side of Bob's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Couture dives into guard, looking to finish.

Bob is rocked!

Fast Bob's cut is getting worse.
Couture slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Oh Bob is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Couture sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bob's guard.
Bob seems to have got his legs back now.
Bob is not content to let Couture control the position.
Couture controlling the action here.
Couture is keen to just control but Bob is a slippery customer.
Couture is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Couture might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bob kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Bob is looking to improve his position.
Couture keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bob blocks a head kick by Couture.
A head kick misses from Couture.
R Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bob takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bob tries to move into range but Couture moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Bob takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Couture tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Couture tries a head kick but it misses.
Couture cracks the inside of Bob's front leg.
Bob on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Couture lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bob at a distance.
Couture lands a head kick. Bob smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Couture plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Fast Bob's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Couture rushes Bob with punches - Bob moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Bob goes down! Couture follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
