Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Fooktard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane D!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
D goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
D throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fooktard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fooktard avoids the head kick by D.
Fooktard looks to score with a jab to the body but D is just out of range.
D throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
A combination from D does no damage.
Fooktard will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fooktard takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fooktard misses with a combination
and D counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by D.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from D.
Fooktard wants to get back to striking at distance but D won't allow it.
D lands a body punch in the clinch.
D throws a head punch that misses.
Fooktard is trying to break the clinch but D has him pressed against the cage.
D with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
D lands a body shot in the clinch.
Stalling in the clinch from D.

D looking to throw knees to the head but Fooktard is blocking nicely.
Fooktard blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Fooktard tries to break the clinch but D is controlling the position.
D lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Fooktard.
D pushes Fooktard back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
D displaying some good clinch control by pressing Fooktard up against the cage.
A short body shot lands from D as the two fighters clinch.
Fooktard wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
D keeps control of Fooktard as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Fooktard breaks the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - D looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Fooktard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
D clinches up against the cage.
D lands a shot to the body.
D lands with a right to the head.
D lands a shoulder strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
D looking to throw knees to the head but Fooktard is blocking nicely.
D digs a right hand underneath Fooktard's ribcage. Fooktard let out a lung full of air as it connected.
D scores with a shot to the side of Fooktard's head.
A looping hook to the body misses from D. Fooktard does a little dance to reset his feet.
D throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
D looks gassed!
D throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fooktard counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps D thinking.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
D walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
No joy there for Fooktard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
D takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fooktard scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
D is rocked!
D seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Fooktard shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! D is backing up but Fooktard catches him with a final right hook that drops him! D covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Fooktard Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Fooktard!
