The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nathan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ludwig swivels and escapes.

Ludwig is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ludwig looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nathan with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Nathan has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ludwig is working away from the top position though.

Ludwig uses his free foot to push down on Nathan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Nathan.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ludwig throws a hook but Nathan avoids it easily.
A punch lands to the side of Ludwig 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Ludwig has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Nathan cracks Ludwig with a solid left hand.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Ludwig holds on and takes a little breather.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ludwig feints and then cracks Nathan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nathan down.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ludwig slips a straight right by Nathan.
Nathan throws a lazy right hand but Ludwig sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ludwig changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Nathan throws a body punch but Ludwig moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight!
Ray Nathan showed his dominance in that final round.
