The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyperion throws a shot from downtown. Grant moves away and avoids it.
Hyperion lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Grant ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Grant appears to be looking for a big counter.
Grant takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Alexander Hyperion seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hyperion moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Hyperion cracks Grant with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hyperion throws a leg kick which misses Grant's front leg but catches the back leg as Grant tries to avoid it.
Hyperion lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Grant backs up against the ropes.

Hyperion tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Grant was well out of range. Poor timing from Hyperion.
Hyperion cracks Grant with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hyperion moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Hyperion throws a shot from downtown. Grant moves away and avoids it.
Grant drops down looking for a counter takedown but Hyperion sprawls and moves away.
Hyperion misses with a two punch combination.
Grant wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Grant fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hyperion throws a lazy right hand but Grant sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hyperion scores with a leg kick.
Grant slips under a jab.
Grant blocks a jab.

Hyperion lands a left and a right that send Grant crashing to the mat, dazed. Hyperion thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Grant is rocked!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Crack! Hyperion connects with the perfect overhand right and Grant falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Hyperion!
