Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lenny Lobov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Minakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lobov instigates a clinch.
Lobov is looking to take this one to the mat.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Minakov escapes and gets back to his feet.
Minakov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Minakov throws a leg kick but Lobov sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Lobov closes the distance and clinches up with Minakov, looking for a takedown. Lobov pushes Minakov against the cage but Minakov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

That was a close round but I would say that Lenny Lobov will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
