Hood tries to clinch there but Hernandez circles away.
Hernandez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hood fails with the takedown.
Nice uppercut lands for Hernandez. That snapped Hood's head back.
It looks like Bo Hood has been cut.
Hood shoots in but Hernandez avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hernandez swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Hood bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hernandez looks to land a left hand but Hood moved out of range nicely.
Hood throws a big counter combination but Hernandez scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hernandez feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hood sprawling to the canvas! Hood rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hernandez finish him?!

Hernandez throws a pinpoint strike between Hood's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Hood crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Hernandez scores a great knockout victory!
