The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ironfoot lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Blanchard has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Ironfoot is trying to keep an underhook but Blanchard manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Ironfoot has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Blanchard is on him like a limpet, forcing Ironfoot back against the cage.
Blanchard tightens his grip and picks Ironfoot up, before dumping him to the ground. Ironfoot manages to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Blanchard has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Ironfoot is trying to maintain the position but Blanchard is very close to passing his half guard.
Ironfoot has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Blanchard. Oh but Ironfoot has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Blanchard goes limp - he's gone! Ironfoot jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
