Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Key Stone Light (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scuba Chris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Key Stone Light has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Scuba Chris!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Light shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chris pinned against the cage. Chris gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Light manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Chris on his heels. He'll look to pass Chris's guard now, I'm sure.
Chris wants to stand but Light is controlling the position.
Light controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Chris keeping moving, preventing Light from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Light is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Chris is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Light could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Light stands and throws Chris's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Light has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Chris gets caught napping as Light dives in and scores a takedown. Chris manages to retain guard.
Chris is looking to stand up but Light isn't so interested in that idea.
Light pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Chris is keeping the position for now.
Light prevents Chris from getting back to his feet.

Chris has his hands on Light's head, controlling the position.
Light trying to control the position from guard on top but Chris is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Chris can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Light controls the pace.
Light stopping the sweep attempt from Chris.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Light gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Chris counter with a right hand.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Light is defended easily by Chris.

Chris unleashes a big counter combination but Light bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Light is breathing heavily.
Chris is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Light is rocked!
Chris drops Light with a straight right hand, right on the button! Chris follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
