The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James shoots for a double leg takedown but Bickle sprawls well. He's pushed James's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
We've been hearing reports that James has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

and Bickle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

James takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
James is rocked!
James takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
BOOM! Bickle lands a beautiful left hook that drops James. James tries to recover but Bickle is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and James lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Travis Bickle looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'i'm gonna clean these streets'.
