The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bouchard to score with a decent uppercut.
Bouchard lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hughes at a distance.
Bouchard cracks Hughes with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Errol Hughes has been cut.
Bouchard cracks Hughes with a good jab.
Hughes slips a straight right by Bouchard.
As Bouchard tries to get set, Hughes tries to push him back and clinch up but Bouchard manages to avoid the attempt.
Bouchard walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Hughes drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Bouchard swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Hughes's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
