Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maximus Cassius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cassius throws a body punch but Wilson moves out of range.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown but Cassius shows good takedown defense.

Wilson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Cassius is pushing Wilson's head away, looking to escape. Wilson manages to hold on to the position though.

Wilson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Cassius is trying to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wilson works to advance to full mount. Cassius defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Wilson wants to take Cassius's back here but Cassius is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

Wilson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Cassius's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Wilson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Cassius manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wilson tries to advance to mount but can't.
Wilson looks gassed!
Cassius is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Wilson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cassius is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Wilson has hold of Cassius's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Cassius tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Wilson cranks the arm and Cassius screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Cassius, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
