Bokhorst comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne - Drop The World ft. Eminem . Falwell has chosen Don't Stop Believing as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falwell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Falwell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bokhorst blocks a head kick by Falwell.

Bokhorst feints and as Falwell raises his hands in defense, Bokhorst changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bokhorst drops back looking for a leg! Falwell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Falwell manages to kick Bokhorst off! Bokhorst jumps back into Falwell's guard.
Bokhorst is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Bokhorst seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Falwell for as long as he can get away with.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bokhorst stands up over Falwell, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Bokhorst seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

We've been hearing that Bokhorst has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
