Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tim Hunt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kit Dood!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dood on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Dood tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hunt swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dood instigates a clinch.
Dood lands a left hand that snaps the head of Hunt backwards.
Hunt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hunt, as that shot connected.
Dood tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hunt swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hunt lands a nice shot to the body.
Hunt comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Hunt fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Dood's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hunt connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dood scrambles back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hunt definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Dood has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Kit Dood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hunt is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dood gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Hunt gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
