PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Bernard Crenshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Somsak Ram Chanchai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crenshaw's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bodies - Drowning Pool. Chanchai is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Here come the Chanchai. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chanchai ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crenshaw moves away.
Crenshaw appears to be looking for a big counter.
Chanchai feints and then cracks Crenshaw's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Crenshaw down.

Chanchai lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bernard Crenshaw will probably get the nod.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Chanchai crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Crenshaw - the referee stops the clock and Chanchai gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Crenshaw. Chanchai manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close round but Bernard Crenshaw did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.

Well Chanchai has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Somsak Ram Chanchai tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
