The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Ben Watson and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bushiri lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Renato Cotton has been cut.
Bushiri fails with the takedown.
Bushiri misses with a takedown attempt - Cotton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Cotton swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bushiri should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Bushiri has taken the fight to the clinch.
Cotton is trying to pull guard but Bushiri has him pressed against the cage.
Bushiri lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Bushiri ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bushiri no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Bushiri is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Cotton gets control of Bushiri's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cotton will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Cotton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bushiri's guard.

Bushiri tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Cotton working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Bushiri's head.

Bushiri is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Bushiri has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Cotton off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cotton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bushiri manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Cotton gets caught napping as Bushiri dives in and scores a takedown. Cotton manages to retain guard.

Bushiri closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Cotton is trying to control Bushiri's posture but Bushiri avoids it.

Bushiri postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Bushiri is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Cotton will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bushiri is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cotton knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Bushiri postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Cotton is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bushiri, into his guard.

Bushiri is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cotton is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cotton postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Bushiri throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Bushiri manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Bushiri jumps into guard, dragging Cotton to the mat.
Bushiri wants to sweep but no luck.
Cotton wants to stand but Bushiri has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Bushiri controls Cotton momentarily but Cotton frees himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bushiri is on top in guard.

Bushiri not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bushiri's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Cotton controls Bushiri momentarily but Bushiri frees himself.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Bushiri is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Cotton is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Cotton has escaped and now he's on top!

Bushiri scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Bushiri has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Cotton shoots in for a takedown but Bushiri shows good takedown defense.

Ajax Bushiri comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
