Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones ducks right into an uppercut from Laiho.
Laiho lands a really nice looking cross but Jones seems unphased.
Laiho throws a lazy uppercut
and Jones cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Laiho paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jones moves to clinch but Laiho breaks away
and Laiho counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Laiho swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Laiho manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jones wants to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laiho paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Laiho connects with the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones wants to clinch up but Laiho keeps it at a distance.

Laiho jabs Jones right on the nose. Jones blinks but takes it well.
Jones is rocked!
Laiho drops Jones with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Jones! Laiho dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
