Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darius Frank Iii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Liguy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frank Iii digs a good body shot into Liguy's ribs.
Jab, jab by Frank Iii - just one landing.
Frank Iii lands with a hook. Liguy tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Liguy walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd cheers as Frank Iii lands an impressive looking overhand right. Liguy doesn't seem phased though.

Liguy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Let's hope that Liguy has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Liguy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Liguy stands and throws Frank Iii's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Liguy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Liguy's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Liguy is working to tighten his grip on Frank Iii's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Frank Iii has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Liguy is really squeezing tight and eventually Frank Iii passes out! Liguy breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
