Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bonanza.
Bonanza looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bonanza shoots in but Foot avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A nice side step and Foot releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Claudemir Bonanza. That's going to take a lot out of him.

No luck for Bonanza with that takedown attempt.
Foot is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Bonanza with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bonanza shoots for a double leg takedown but Foot sprawls well. He's pushed Bonanza's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Foot doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Bonanza shoots in for a takedown but Foot shows good takedown defense.
Bonanza fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Foot avoids it really well and circles away.

Bonanza fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Foot appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Bonanza feints and as Foot raises his hands in defense, Bonanza changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Bonanza stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Foot swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Foot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bonanza defends it easily.

Foot has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Bonanza doesn't defend quickly enough and Foot has managed to lock this one up! Can Bonanza escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Foot on a fantastic submission victory.
