Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sergey Geng!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Deno Ripper!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripper lands a head shot.
Ripper dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Geng. That did some damage!
Ripper is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ripper throws a leg kick
and Geng counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Geng steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ripper. That one must have hurt.
Ripper looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ripper throws a combination that misses
and Geng counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ripper thinking.
Ripper closes the distance but Geng moves to the side

Ripper moves to clinch but Geng breaks away
and Geng counters with a left and a right that stings Ripper.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Geng takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Geng throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Geng makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Geng counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ripper darts in trying to clinch
and Geng counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ripper closes the distance looking to clinch
and Geng counters with a nice body shot.
Geng changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ripper buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Geng lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A low kick from Ripper is predictable there
and Geng connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Geng definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ripper tries to clinch but Geng moves away
and Geng counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Ripper tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Geng paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Geng was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ripper's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Geng connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ripper scrambles back to his feet.
Geng is looking to wear down Ripper with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ripper misses with a jab to the body
and Geng counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ripper thinking.
Geng scores with a punch to the head.
Ripper misses with a leg kick.
Geng avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ripper throws a head kick that half lands.
Geng connects with a body shot.
Ripper lands with a kick to the temple. Geng shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Deno Ripper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ripper swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Geng comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ripper moves to clinch but Geng breaks away
and Geng counters with a right hand to the body.
Ripper misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sergey Geng dominated that round.
That's time! Geng's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Ripper tries a head kick but it misses.
It looked like Geng was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Ripper.
Ripper misses with a series of wild punches.
Geng smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

and Geng counters with a nice uppercut.
Geng scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ripper doesn't seem bothered though.
Ripper misses with a looping left.
A counter left hand to the body from Geng misses its target.
Geng works the jab nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Geng checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Geng was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Geng just misses with a punch to the body.
Ripper only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Ripper thumps Geng with a low kick.
Geng takes a swing at Ripper's ribcage but misses.

Geng throws a good cross that connects.
Geng is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ripper can do to turn this around?

Ripper is rocked!
Geng connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Ripper's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Ripper - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

An out of breath Sergey Geng thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
In defeat, Deno Ripper stepped up to the mic, saying 'Fighting is in my blood'.
